Purchase of coffee

You can submit orders online at any time. The website allows you to review your order and make any corrections before submitting it to us.
Your submission of an order amounts to an offer to enter a contract to buy the products from us. An order confirmation message is displayed. This message must be displayed for us to accept your order.
Whilst all efforts are made to ensure accuracy of description, specifications and pricing there may be occasions where errors arise. Should such a situation occur Kolektiv 22 cannot accept your order. In the event of a mistake you will be contacted with a full explanation and a corrected offer, and an offer of a refund if payments have changed hands. The information displayed is considered as an invitation to treat not as a confirmed offer for sale. The contract is confirmed upon supply of goods.

Non-returnable

For reasons of hygiene and public health, refunds/exchanges are not available for perishable goods such as coffee.

Delivery service

We try to make the delivery process as simple as possible and are able to send your order either to your home or to your place of work.
Delivery times are calculated in working days Monday to Friday. If you order after 4 pm the next working day will be considered the first working day for delivery. In case of bank holidays and over the Christmas period, please allow an extra 2-3 working days.

Export restrictions

At present Kolektiv 22 only sends goods within the EU. If however you have a special request please contact us with your requirements.

Privacy notice

This policy covers all users who register to use the website. It is not necessary to purchase anything in order to gain access to the searching facilities of the site.
